Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Communicate with customers via email and phone in a professional manner
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Assist with order processing and follow-ups
Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and data management
Contribute to improving internal sales processes and workflows
Qualifications & Skills
Recent graduate or junior-level profile (experience is a plus but not required)
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of the
English language
Basic to good knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Word
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Positive attitude with strong professional potential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
