Sales Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone in a professional manner
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data
  • Assist with order processing and follow-ups
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and data management
  • Contribute to improving internal sales processes and workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent graduate or junior-level profile (experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Positive attitude with strong professional potential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
