Personal Assistant to Marketing Director

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing direct support in planning and implementing the duties of the Manager,
  • Heavy focus on calendar management, including daily/weekly/monthly meetings and multi-level meetings,
  • Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations and other documents,
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents,
  • Work closely with other departments  to make sure department needs are met,
  • Appropriately manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature,
  • Perform other duties as assigned,
  • Ad hoc Projects.


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritizing
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Preferably, previous experience in Marketing or Sales positions
  • Excellent level of the English language
  • Advanced MS Office applications skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and identify solutions
  • Proactive and able to multi-task
  • Adaptable to a variety of situations, interacting with a wide range of people
