Branches Assistant

Job Description:

  • Manage daily requests/inquiries from branch managers/franchisees
  • Interact with branch managers/franchisees
  • Train and coach branch managers / franchisees
  • Gather insights on issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved.  Evaluate.  Suggest changes. 
  • Provide direct support to the Director of Branches.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare business reports.
  • Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations, etc.   
  • Appropriately manage information of highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and experience:

  • University degree holder, ideally in Business Administration
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)
  • Advanced MS Office applications skills (exceptional capability to manipulate data on Excel),
  • Great focus in detail, time management and excellent organization abilities
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
