Job Description:
Manage daily requests/inquiries from branch managers/franchisees
Interact with branch managers/franchisees
Train and coach branch managers / franchisees
Gather insights on issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved. Evaluate. Suggest changes.
Provide direct support to the Director of Branches.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare business reports.
Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations, etc.
Appropriately manage information of highly confidential and critical nature.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience:
University degree holder, ideally in Business Administration
Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)
Advanced MS Office applications skills (exceptional capability to manipulate data on Excel),
Great focus in detail, time management and excellent organization abilities
Good communication and multitasking skills
Discretion and confidentiality.
