Project Engineer

Job Description:

• Project cost estimations and proposal preparation
• Work scheduling and planning, strict adherence to project timelines
• Preparation of measurement sheets
• Monitoring costs in building improvements and supervising new building investments, daily management of construction sites and progress reporting
• Collaboration with architects, project managers, and other professionals for obtaining operation licenses and developing plans
• Preparation of technical reports, on-site inspections, and review of technical documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts
• Implementation and supervision of quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications of industrial installations
• Implementation of safety measures

Skills and experience:

• Project Engineer / Civil Engineer (University or Technical Institute degree) or specialization in Renovation & Restoration
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very Good  knowledge of English language
• Excellent Computer skills
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Administrative, organizational, and supervisory skills
• Valid driving license for a car or motorcycle
