About the role:

  • Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies.
  • Coordinate vessel inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships.
  • Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance.
  • Expand the maritime portfolio, playing an active role in elevating safety standards within the industry.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, service coordination, or a related role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
