Junior Lawyer

Job Description:

• Become part of the company’s in house Legal Department and support the department’s Head in various legal matters.
• Review and draft legal documents and contracts.  
• Conduct legal research in various aspects of law including, real estate, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions locally and internationally.
• Manage various projects and ensure compliance with law regulations and licensing.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies locally and internationally.
• Represent the company before courts of law and government departments when necessary.

Skills and experience:

• Licensed Attorney with relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of civil law, commercial law, and Real Estate Law.
• Knowledge of EU commercial law, GDPR, and ability to research in the various legal platforms locally and internationally. 
• Willingness to take on new projects and assume responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Excellent command of written and spoken professional English, additional languages are advantageous.
• Computer literacy, good use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
