Job Description:

Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists
Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data
Participate in the management of all shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing
Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents
Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment
Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system

Skills and experience:

Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics
Shipping experience regarding Import procedure, preferably 1 or 2 years will be considered as an asset
Excellent command of the English language,
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
Good organizational and communication skills
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
