Create content and marketing deliverables according to the provided guidelines that generate conversation and brand engagement
Write clear and concise product descriptions, specifications, and features across digital and print media
Collaborate with product managers, technical and sales departments, to understand the unique selling points of our products and translate them into engaging, customer-centric content
Write and edit content for product pages, websites, email campaigns, ads, and brochures
Conduct in-depth research on products and their target audience to create accurate and appealing copy
Maintain brand voice consistency across all product-related content and ensure it aligns with overall marketing campaigns
Revise and update existing product content as needed based on feedback, customer insights, and product updates
Partner with the graphic design team to establish a cohesive connection between written and visual content
Create and proofread content for emails, articles, interviews, press releases, newsletters/mass emails, presentations, and video scripts
Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects, managing deadlines and adapting to different brand voices
Skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, English, Literature, Communication, or related field)
1+ years of experience in marketing copy-writing ideally in a B2B company
Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, plus a deep understanding of brand marketing and marketing channels
Fluency in English is a prerequisite
Great attention to detail
Ability to adjust your tone based on your audience
Experience working with agile teams, including quick adaptation and iteration
