Job Description:

• Participate in the management of all Export shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing.
• Daily Cooperation with Sales and Logistics dept.
• Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit), customs documents and registration of bookings at transportation companies’ portals
• Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment
• Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system
• Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists
• Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data

Skills and experience:

• Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of the English language,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
• Good organizational and communication skills
