Italian Procurement Administrator

Job Description:

  • Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide
  • Inter-departmental liaison to ensure consistency in purchase order reconciliation
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create & handle a wide range of reports
  • Start and follow up the purchase order cycle, from issuance to receipt
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to the purchasing function

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Higher diploma with financial direction or Logistics.
  • Experience in similar position will be appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge English language.
  • Very good Knowledge of Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (proficient in Excel) and Internet applications. Desirable knowledge of SAP.
  • Organizational skills, excellent communication, flexibility and transmissibility.
  • Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
