Job Description:
Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide
Inter-departmental liaison to ensure consistency in purchase order reconciliation
Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Create & handle a wide range of reports
Start and follow up the purchase order cycle, from issuance to receipt
Prepare reports and statistics related to the purchasing function
Skills & Experience:
Higher diploma with financial direction or Logistics.
Experience in similar position will be appreciated
Excellent knowledge English language.
Very good Knowledge of Italian
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (proficient in Excel) and Internet applications. Desirable knowledge of SAP.
Organizational skills, excellent communication, flexibility and transmissibility.
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
