Who We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, or maritime operations
- Degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related field
- Strong English proficiency
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational & teamwork skills
- Professional mindset and willingness to grow in the maritime industry
Employment Structure
- Fixed-term paid contract during the Bootcamp (~920€ Gross salary).
- Upon successful completion: full-time permanent employment at LALIZAS SA (Range of Gross salary between 1.500€ and 1.800€ (depending on the position), plus private health insurance, meal vouchers, and — depending on the position — eligibility for a performance-based bonus scheme.)
