About the Role
As an Back Office Maritime Operator, you will:
- Assisting with the processing of inquiries and service orders
- Supporting the scheduling and documentation of vessel inspections
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities and certification deadlines
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners for basic coordination tasks
- Preparing reports and following up on documentation as needed
- Ensuring the timely entry of data into internal systems
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in the maritime industry or in a similar administrative/support role
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
