Job Description:
· Handle inquiries & orders for Fire, Safety & Rescue Services from Shipping Companies & Ship Management Companies.
· Coordinate and oversee vessels inspections.
· Facilitate effective communication and negotiation with Service Providers to enhance maritime partnerships.
· Oversee Credit Control processes for outstanding invoices, ensuring financial integrity.
· Cultivate and expand the maritime portfolio, playing a key role in elevating industry safety standards.
· Monitor the expiration dates of vessels certificates and communicate these deadlines to customers.
Skills and experience:
· Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies.
· Exceptional proficiency in written and oral English for effective communication.
· Advanced computer skills.
· Demonstrated track record with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
· Desirable experience in a call center environment.
· Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
· Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
