Job Description:

• Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists
• Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data
• Participate in the management of all shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing
• Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents
• Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment
• Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system

Skills and experience:

• Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics
• Shipping experience regarding Import procedure, preferably 1 or 2 years will be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of the English language,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
