Job Description:
- Research and map international charter markets, identify key players and business opportunities
- Analyze competition and market trends to support competitive product positioning
- Approach potential clients via outreach, calls, and meetings — and represent Lalizas at international marine/yachting events
- Present our marine and life-saving equipment to prospects and existing clients, highlighting benefits and value
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with charter companies, brokers and partners
- Offer excellent pre- and after-sales customer service, supporting clients before, during and after purchase
- Work across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processes
- Travel regularly to meet clients, attend events and grow our international network
Skills and Experience:
- University degree — ideally in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies or similar
- Strong background (3+ years) in sales, business development or chartering/marine industry
- Fluent/native-level English; knowledge of additional languages (especially French) is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and comfort with CRM tools
- Willingness to travel frequently for business
- Results-driven, organized, able to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure and cooperate with different teams
