Job Description:
- Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide
- Inter-departmental liaison to ensure consistency in purchase order reconciliation
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Create & handle a wide range of reports
- Start and follow up the purchase order cycle, from issuance to receipt
- Prepare reports and statistics related to the purchasing function
Skills & Experience:
- Higher diploma with financial direction or Logistics.
- Experience in similar position will be appreciated
- Excellent knowledge English language.
- Very good Knowledge of Italian
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (proficient in Excel) and Internet applications. Desirable knowledge of SAP.
- Organizational skills, excellent communication, flexibility and transmissibility.
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
