Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in a professional manner
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Assist with order processing and follow-ups
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and data management
- Contribute to improving internal sales processes and workflows
Qualifications & Skills
- Recent graduate or junior-level profile (experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Positive attitude with strong professional potential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
