KYKLADES MARITIME CORPORATION seeks to employ a full-time experienced HSQE Superintendent, who will be joining a dynamic team handling all aspects related to HSQE for a Fleet of Tankers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal audits, onboard and ashore, in an effective way, ensuring that any identified finding are effectively closed out
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and compile relevant reports
• Review and update company’s procedures to ensure their functionality and accuracy with the work as done onboard
• Lead or participate in risk assessment activities and compile relevant documentation
• Actively promote safe working practices, cultivating a culture of open reporting and continual improvement

Requirements

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Captain or Chief Engineer with at least 2 years in an HSQE or Marine or Technical Superintendent role in a tanker company. Alternatively, university degree with at least 3 years in an HSQE Superintendent role in a tanker company
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to travel
