Junior CNC Programmer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and optimizing CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in production processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Programming, setting up and overseeing operations of CNC machines
• Studying materials and specifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Translating instructions into computer commands
• Setting up and installing tools and attachments
• Calculating requirements
• Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines
• Planning stock inventory and ordering parts
• Performing necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
• Following safety procedures and regulations

Your requirements and skills:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent technical and mathematic skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• On-the-job CNC machining experience will be an asset
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Self-motivated and working effectively with others
