Product Design and R&D Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Design and R&D Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and optimizing new products from concept to production, ensuring high quality standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with technical specifications.

Your responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of new projects from customer request through mold construction to final product delivery
• 3D design of products and components using CAD software
• Preparation and updating of Technical Specifications
• Technical support to customers in Greece and abroad
• Handling customer complaints in cooperation with the Quality Department to ensure prompt resolution
• Monitoring the achievement of customer satisfaction targets related to the company’s products and services
• Implementation of the documented requirements of the Company’s Quality Assurance System

Your requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University or Technological Institute)
• Very good knowledge of 3D design software
• Experience in product design and development is considered an asset
• Excellent command of English – knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset
• Ability to travel within Greece
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity, responsibility, teamwork spirit, and initiative
• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills
