About the Role

As a Junior Product Manager at Kosmocar, you will be responsible for strategically positioning your assigned brand’s products in the Greek market. This role involves deep market analysis, negotiation, planning, and execution to ensure the successful launch and ongoing performance of the brand’s product portfolio.

You will oversee pricing strategy, product catalog creation, stock orders, and volume planning, while also managing the brand’s digital channels to maximize product visibility and engagement.

*Hierarchy: Reporting to Head of Skoda

What You'll Do:

• Analyze product competitiveness and market trends to formulate and improve model positioning strategy and pricing.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and demand forecasting processes for the assigned product portfolio.
• Propose product actions to optimize model performance against competition, such as creating packages or adding equipment.
• Propose volume planning for liability models and participate in formulating factory sales plans and business planning.
• Support the sales team by providing training on product features, availability, and technical developments.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement specific strategies and initiatives in their respective areas

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Product/Brand Management.
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.
• Have exceptional gasp of the industry to recognize and apply trends and keep the department up to date.
• Business Acumen & Familiarity with Customer Journey.
