The main purpose of the role:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Management and resolve customer complaints.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Manage incoming clients’ requests and leads.
  • Make sure that all prospects/clients data are registered in our systems.
  • Conduct all necessary administrative tasks to complete the sales cycle process.
  • Handle all client’s requests and complaints.
  • Develop internal and external relationships with customers and clients.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Provide customers the complete vehicle information with costs, terms, and conditions.


The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements: 

  • 1-3 years previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in foreign languages will be considered a strong asset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent utility of MS Office.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
