𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

At Kinsen Hellas, we are always looking for passionate people to join our team. You’ll be part of the Fleet Operations team as the Fleet and After Sales Manager.

 

The main responsibilities of the role are:

·        Manage, coordinate and train Fleet After Sales team. Ensure the team receives sufficient training and development.

·        Ensure fleet maintenance costs are kept to a minimum and develop ongoing cost saving measures. Prepare recommendations on opportunities to Fleet Director with full cost/benefit analysis.

·        Develop, monitor and control fleet maintenance budgets, strategies and procedures.

·        Act as liaison with Operations and other departments to ensure issues and trends are reviewed internally and opportunities are communicated satisfactorily.

·        Negotiate supply agreements for all aspects of fleet maintenance including supply terms for: Vehicle parts, Tires, Bodyshop/repairers, Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Insurance contracts

·        Maintain and improve supplier relationships. Maintain a level of commercial awareness of the activities of suppliers and competitors.

·        Provide high level communication, reporting and feedback to management.

 

 

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

·        Bachelor’s degree (technical background is preferred).

·        Experience of minimum 5 years in a relevant position.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·        Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

·        Data processing & programming skills will be considered a strong asset.

·        Excellent use of MS Office suite.

·        Fluent written and spoken English.
