• CRM Administration: Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user access control.

• Data Entry and Management: Input and update customer information, sales leads, and related data in the CRM system.

• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Reporting and Analytics: Create reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

• Integration: Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams including sales and customer support.

• Customer Segmentation: Assist in customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Email Campaigns: Supporting the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. Monitoring email performance metrics and reporting results.

• Supporting Marketing: Assisting marketing team with various administrative tasks related to planning and execution of marketing events or promotions. Conducting basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in CRM administration or a related role.

• Proficiency in managing CRM software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
