Kinsen has developed the brands of Europcar (the leading European provider of car rental services and mobility solutions) and “Goldcar” in Greece since 2020 and in 2025 Kinsen acquired Megadrive Autovermietung, the Austrian subsidiary of Europcar Mobility Group , thereby extending its activities in the Austrian car rental market. 

About the Role

• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products to drive and enhance sales.
• Identify and educate prospective customers while providing support to existing clients.
• Be responsible for enriching our clientele, maintaining excellent customer service, and constantly monitoring the market.
• Take initiatives and suggest new strategies to optimize success.
• Manage incoming clients’ requests and leads.
• Identify client needs and offer tailored products/services.
• Ensure that all prospects and client data are recorded in our systems.
• Conduct all necessary administrative tasks to complete the sales cycle.
• Adress client requests and resolve complaints.
• Participate in company events and foster strong relationships with all partners.
• Develop both internal and external relationships with customers.
• Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Provide clients with complete information regarding vehicles, costs, terms, and conditions.

Ideal candidate Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience is a plus.
• Experience in sales over the telephone is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in MS Office.
• A commitment to continuous self-development and improvement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Brilliance to present and influence at all levels within the organization.
• Leadership skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• A demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• A highly motivated, business-savvy individual with industry expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and a purpose-driven mindset.
