The holder of the position will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our innovative solutions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for technical inquiries
• Possess a deep understanding of our products and is able to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Support Engineers to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical issues
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and meeting clients’ expectations
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the technical team for resolutions
• Gather client feedback on our products and communicate it to the relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Create and deliver training sessions for clients, as well as develop comprehensive documentation for our products

 Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
• Experience in industrial products / applications would be a plus (PLCs, variable speed drives, sensors, instruments etc)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude
