The Accounting Supervisor is a key member of the Accounting team and contributes to the accurate, timely, and reliable operation of the company’s accounting processes.

With a focus on monthly closing, tax monitoring, MyDATA, audit support, and the guidance of a small team, the role contributes both to the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Department and to projects, new implementations, and system improvements, in collaboration with the Accounting Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing procedures
• Monitor tax matters and oversee the accurate and timely submission of monthly returns
• Ensure the smooth operation of MyDATA and the accurate transmission of documents
• Communicate with statutory auditors and support audit procedures
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting information
• Support the Accounting Senior Manager in projects, new implementations, and system improvements
• Guide, support, and develop a small team
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and the more effective organization of the team

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting department, ideally in a Supervisor role
• Very good knowledge of taxation, MyDATA, and monthly returns
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of IFRS is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Copilot
• Organizational skills, consistency in meeting deadlines, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate, guide a team, and communicate effectively
