Marketing Communication Officer

As a Marketing Communication Assistant, you will support the MarCom team in the execution of communication strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, marketing campaign support, and the analysis of marketing data.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels
• Collaborate with team members to develop content calendars and brainstorm new ideas for content creation
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, briefs
• Assist in company events/fairs/trips

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong creativity and interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools, campaign coordination, and market research will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative
• Previous internship or experience in Marketing / Communication will be considered a plus
