As the Industrial Automation Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of the industrial automation market. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in PLCs, HMI and SCADA systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers and Technical Support Engineers to provide the optimal automation solutions for our customers
• Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
• Develop and conduct training programs for operators and maintenance staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in industrial automation (+4 years)   
• In-depth knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and other automation technologies
• Experience with Schneider PLCs would be a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously would be a plus
