Product Manager

Are you passionate about products, innovation, and driving growth? If so, we’d love to hear from you! As a Product Manager, you will oversee product mix management, drive sales growth, and execute effective marketing strategies within their designated category.

Main Responsibilities:

·        Manage the product mix with the goal of increasing sales and profitability

·        Stay abreast of market trends and competition to identify new commercial opportunities for category growth

·        Design, implement, and evaluate marketing actions to promote our brand responsibly

·        Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Department and suppliers to shape pricing policies

·        Work in tandem with other departments to develop and implement Marketing Strategies relevant to your category and ensure effective inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in a Technical Discipline with additional qualifications such as a postgraduate degree in Marketing or an MBA is preferred

·        Demonstrated work experience in the industry with a solid understanding of the products

·        1-2 years of experience in a similar position (PM) is considered an additional qualification

·        Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in both written and oral English

·        Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
