CRM & Loyalty Manager

What you will do:

  • Design, implement and manage customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
  • Define and implement reward structures and CRM initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Ιmplement strategies for effective communication with customers through various channels (email, viber/sms etc.)
  • Plan activations, create  personalized customer journeys and automated campaigns in order to maintain customer loyalty & expand loyalty population
  • Develop strategies for segmenting customers based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant factors.
  • Work closely with sales, product managers, customer support teams to ensure alignment in customer-focused strategies.
  • Generate regular reports and analysis to assess the effectiveness of CRM and loyalty initiatives.

We will have the perfect match if you have:

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in CRM & loyalty marketing.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High Knowledge of marketing platforms such as CRM MS Dynamics, Power BI will be considered a plus
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English & Greek
