Loyalty Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the customer activity targeting to maximize commercial opportunities and customer loyalty
  • Designing multimedia campaigns & digital customer journeys for the loyalty scheme's awareness
  • Customer base segmentation and introduction of targeted offers and services for loyalty members
  • Budget forecasting, monthly KPIs reporting, YoY programs’ performance report
  • Serving as the main administrator of the loyalty platform and providing business requirements for improvements
  • Ensuring in-house alignment with diverse stakeholders (e.g. technical teams)
  • Systematically monitor trends in the Greek & foreign market and best practices in customer loyalty

We will have the perfect match if you have:

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in marketing, ideally in loyalty
  • Experience in a B2B environment, CX, email & retail marketing will be highly appreciated
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High Knowledge of marketing platforms such as CRM MS Dynamics will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in English & Greek
  • Analytical & organizational skills
  • Understanding of numbers and customer insights
  • Strong communication skills with customer centric approach & ability to solve problems
