Customer Support Agent
Ingroup, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Customer Support Agent for a maternity cover from 01/07/2026 until 01/07/2027 an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will handle customer calls, support daily operations, deliver high‑quality service, and develop strong functional and technical skills while monitoring your own and your team’s performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Respond to and record customer inquiries from inbound calls (using SAP)
- Handle a variety of call types, including:
- Order taking
- Placement or removal of company assets
- Updating customer information
- Requests for promotional materials
- Product returns
- Monitor and manage personal and team KBIs (qualitative & quantitative)
- Communicate with speed, empathy, and professionalism via phone and email
- Build strong, long‑term customer relationships by going the extra mile
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Strong knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English language
- Good analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset
- Previous experience in SAP System Experience will be considered as an advantage
