Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator

INGROUP is seeking, on behalf of its client — a leading company specializing in technology products, electronics, and electrical appliances — a Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator to join its Digital Commerce team.

The Role

The Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator will be responsible for the daily management and updating of content across the company’s digital sales channels, with a strong focus on the accurate, complete, consistent, and attractive presentation of products on the website.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update content across the company’s digital sales channels.
• Upload and maintain products online, ensuring their accurate and complete presentation.
• Create, update, and maintain product content, including descriptions, specifications, photos, and videos.
• Manage and publish website banners and promotional content.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of product information across all digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate and implement content updates in line with the company’s commercial and marketing plans.
• Monitor website performance and web analytics to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and the overall digital experience.
• Monitor promotional campaigns and their effectiveness in supporting online sales and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce, digital content, or a related digital environment.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and core digital marketing tools.
• Experience in product content management or website content will be considered a strong plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
