INGROUP is seeking a Customer Care Representative on behalf of a leading multinational company, to join the Customer Care department.
Location: Northern Suburbs, Athens | Hybrid Model
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process end-to-end
- Handle customer payment accounts and records
- Oversee and process customer orders
- Monitor and evaluate customer cash flow
- Act as the main point of contact (focal point) for assigned clients
- Provide solutions and support to customer inquiries and issues
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to solve problems efficiently
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Bachelor’s degree (University or TEI)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken – all communication is in English)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
- Previous experience in sales will be considered a plus
