Customer Care Representative (Order to Cash)

INGROUP is seeking a Customer Care Representative on behalf of a leading multinational company, to join the Customer Care department.

Location: Northern Suburbs, Athens | Hybrid Model

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process end-to-end
  • Handle customer payment accounts and records
  • Oversee and process customer orders
  • Monitor and evaluate customer cash flow
  • Act as the main point of contact (focal point) for assigned clients
  • Provide solutions and support to customer inquiries and issues

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
  • Bachelor’s degree (University or TEI)
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken – all communication is in English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in sales will be considered a plus
