Customer Support Agent – Cyprus
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Cyprus. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication effectively, while continuously developing both technical and functional skills. You will also monitor daily individual and team performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries.
Handle incoming calls and accurately log all customer requests in the SAP system.
Deliver high-quality call handling across a variety of cases, including order processing, asset placement/removal, customer data updates, promotional materials, and product returns.
Monitor and achieve both individual and team performance targets (KBIs), both qualitative and quantitative.
Communicate with customers via phone and email in a prompt, clear, and empathetic manner
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
Collaborate effectively within the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Participate in training sessions and seminars to continuously enhance performance and knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service will be considered an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong service orientation.
Familiarity with SAP systems.
