Through tailored field services and innovative digital solutions, the company supports global brands in accelerating growth and delivering impactful, locally adapted customer experiences.

To further strengthen its European growth strategy, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager Europe with a strong focus on acquiring new clients, converting high-value opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets.

The Role

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of pan-European new business development, acting as a strategic commercial partner to senior leadership and local market teams.

You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with international clients, while contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role requiring autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong commercial drive, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage pan-European new business acquisition, from lead generation to contract closing
  • Identify and develop high-value client leads and strategic partnerships across multiple markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate cross-country opportunities, RFQs, and international tenders
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and local teams
  • Act as the main commercial interface between clients and country-level delivery teams
  • Lead tender strategies, value proposition development, and commercial negotiations
  • Oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and pricing structures
  • Utilize CRM and sales management tools to monitor pipelines, forecasts, and performance
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate evolving client needs
  • Represent the organization in international pitches, client meetings, and industry events
  • Support the successful launch of pan-European projects, ensuring commercial performance
  • Continuously optimize business development processes and improve conversion rates

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within Field Marketing, Retail Marketing, or agency environments
  • Strong track record in acquiring new clients and closing complex, multi-country deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at senior management level
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages will be considered an asset)
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and commercial awareness
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, charismatic, and collaborative approach
