Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Pre-Sales Engineer to support our commercial strategy and contribute to our continued growth. The role involves close collaboration with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, design appropriate technical solutions, and support new and existing business opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Designing and Implementing projects for the Security Services Department 

• Responsible for supporting and installing all distribution products via phone or on site 

• Research new products and trends for the Security Department 

• Participate in presales meetings with potential resellers 

• Answer to RFP 

• Create technical offers for partners 

• Responsible for the training of the partners and perform PoC at selective partners 

• Responsible for preparing newsletter campaigns 

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or similar technical role within a B2B environment, ideally within the IT industry (security, networking, or cloud preferred)

• Strong ability to understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions

• Experience supporting sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across commercial and technical teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is considered a plus
