CLINICAL APPLICATIONS & BUSINESS SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of its services, the IASO Group is looking to expand its team with a Clinical Applications & Business Systems Specialist.

 In this role, you will provide first- and second-level application support, assist clinical and administrative users, and contribute to a variety of digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level support for clinical and business applications.
  • Support and train end users across clinical, diagnostic, and administrative departments.
  • Ensure stable operation of HIS/EMR, LIS, RIS, and PACS systems.
  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues.
  • Perform functional and basic technical configurations.
  • Propose improvements to system functionality and workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal and external IT teams across multiple sites.
  • Participate in application rollouts, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
  • Gather business and clinical requirements and support UAT and go-live activities.
  • Assist in creating user documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in application support or healthcare IT.
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems (HIS/EMR, LIS, RIS, PACS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred  Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare IT environments (hospital, clinic, diagnostic center).
  • Knowledge of HL7, interoperability, and system integrations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms).
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  •  Integrity, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.
