Senior Embedded Electronic Engineer-RF Design

Our client is a leading international tech company with 300+ employees all over the world. The company has established a R&D Center and Tech Hub in Thessaloniki with 40+ colleagues focused on hardware, electronics and software solutions. They are currently looking for a Senior Embedded Electronic Engineer with a focus on RF Design to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and document embedded systems with a focus on RF electronics.
Ensure project goals are met within time, scope, and budget.
Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Support process harmonization and continuous improvement.
Foster a strong team-oriented company culture.

Candidate profile:

Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in RF electronics design, including antenna design, RF measurement, and testing.
5+ years of PCB design experience (preferably with Altium).
Expertise in analog & digital circuit design.
Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, CST, HFSS).
Understanding of low-power RF protocols (e.g., LoRa, BLE, NB-IoT).
Proficiency in RF debugging using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Fluent in English & Greek. German is a plus.

Nice to have:

High-speed PCB design & signal integrity
RF compliance knowledge (FCC, CE, ETSI).
SMT production processes experience.
Impedance matching & RF shielding
Experience with STM32/MSP430 microcontrollers and embedded C programming.
Familiarity with Python, test automation, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
Strong documentation and communication
