Senior Project Manager (hybrid)

Our client is a leading international tech company with 300+ employees all over the world. The company has established a R&D Center and Tech Hub in Thessaloniki with 40+ colleagues focused on hardware, electronics and software solutions. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Project Manager in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of project management, including expediting, inspection, and logistics management
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans to guide project execution and monitor progress
• Coordinate and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven expertise in expedited project management, expediting, and inspection
• Strong project management skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Hands-on experience with logistics management
• Fluency in English; excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• PMP certification is a strong plus
