Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Risk Lead (hybrid)

Our client, a leading international company with about 300 employees worldwide, including 40+ in Greece, is seeking a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Risk Lead to shape the security strategy, risk management, and compliance efforts for a global leader in water and wastewater innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Refine cybersecurity strategy to align with ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA, and GDPR, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001) and support governance and compliance efforts.
• Implement and optimize security tools (MS Intune, Defender, Entra ID) while collaborating with IT and external partners.
• Advise R&D teams on securing IoT platforms and mitigating hardware-related risks.
• Lead incident response planning, investigate breaches, and improve security defenses.

Candidate Profile:

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, vulnerability management, and IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of risk assessments and compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
