Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive initiatives that strengthen our culture, develop our people, and support the achievement of our business objectives. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team, ensuring that HR strategies, policies and practices foster a high-performing, engaged and compliant organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits’ plans, performance management, learning & development, succession planning and employee engagement.
· Oversee payroll administration, employee relations and disciplinary processes in collaboration with internal and external partners
· Ensure full compliance with labor legislation, internal policies and applicable quality and corporate responsibility standards.
· Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, change management and employee engagement initiatives.
· Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and organizational practices.
· Monitor HR metrics, prepare payroll budget and other relevant management reports, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
· Manage labor inspections, audits and external HR-related assessments.
· Manage relationships with external HR service providers, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and occupational health & safety partners.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
· Master's degree in Human Resources Management or MBA will be considered an asset.
· Over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role.
· Previous experience in the industrial field would be appreciated.
· Strong knowledge of Greek labor legislation and HR best practices.
· Experience with HRMS/ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.
· Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and business acumen.
· High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
