CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
· Receiving and registering new orders in ERP
· Communication with various departments internally, regarding different requests from customers.
· Communication with customers on various issues (orders related, shipments’ related e.t.c.)
· Full after-sales support to the customer (main point of contact between customer and other related departments internally)
· Direct collaboration with sales department (orders related issues, pricing e.t.c.)
Academic & Professional Background:
· BSc level of education
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
· Excellent command of English Language (written and oral)
· Excellent use of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
· Military service obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
Other Knowledge and Skills:
· Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of French and/or Spanish language will be considered an asset
