FLEXOPACK Group, a leading flexible packaging company with a global footprint based in Athens, Greece, wishes to hire a detail oriented and organized Logistics Officer for the affiliated company in UK.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and self-driven individual with min 3 years’ experience in Logistics and /or Supply chain.

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, storage and distribution of goods. This role requires strong logistical planning skills, ability to multitask and a focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness.

 Key Responsibilities

·        Facilitate processes involved in both inbound and outbound logistics

·        Stock Management, Warehouse Administration and Inventory Handling

·        Stock planning and forecasting to ensure the correct stock fulfilment

·        Handling claims and returns

·        Plan, schedule and execute shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers

·        Customs clearance & Insurance certification

·        3PL handling (KPIs, control, physical presence etc) for UK / Ireland

·        Collaborate with all stakeholders both locally and across the Flexopack Group to ensure ongoing supply to its customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong logistical planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehouse market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in SAP would be an asset.
