Flexopack, a leading industrial company, based in Koropi, Attica, wishes to hire for permanent full-time cooperation, a highly motivated employee as:

Distribution Officer

Job Description:

· Organize and execute Distribution Plan in cooperation with factory departments for both Domestic and Exports market.

· Create Delivery Dockets and Invoices & arrange all the formalities for Delivery.

· Communicate with Tax clearance agents to complete necessary formalities.

· Complete all necessary related paperwork and reporting.

· Keep systems updated at all times with accurate data.

· Communicate with the team planed schedule and deviations.

· Follow up of expeditions.

· Handling transportation claims.

Necessary qualifications:

• Graduate of IEK / AEI

• Desired previous experience of 3 years in a corresponding position

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent knowledge of English (written & oral)

• Knowledge of SAP will be highly appreciated

• Ability to organize and communicate effectively

• Preferably a resident of areas neighboring to Koropi
