DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR

Flexopack, a leading industrial company, based in Koropi, Attica, wishes to hire for permanent full-time cooperation, a highly motivated employee as:                                               

                                                                                                     Distribution Supervisor

Key Responsibilities 

• Preparation of documentation (invoicing, packing list, etc) domestic & internationally 
• Handling claims and returns
• Plan, schedule, and execute shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Customs clearance & Insurance certification
• Tendering for all shipments ( air, sea, truck)
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure supply of clients on time
• Support of Group entities globally in distribution matters
• Supervise local distribution team
• Follow-up KPIs and costs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or distribution roles preferably in companies with international/export activities
• Strong logistical planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation market
• Excellent communication and ability to lead teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in SAP would be an asset.
