About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, monitoring receivables, and supporting the company’s credit control and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

Issue and record customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
Support the credit control process and ensure adherence to payment terms
Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status
Prepare accounts receivable aging reports
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
Experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
