Foodlink SA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wholesale Account Manager to lead and expand its wholesale operations, focusing on flagship brands Milka and Nature Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue.
  • Lead negotiations for sales agreements and marketing initiatives, maximizing value for both the company and customers.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to clients on product applications, market trends, and competitive advantages.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve client concerns, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of orders.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics to identify new growth opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Wholesale Account Manager or in a senior sales role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Deep understanding of the wholesale market, with a proven history of driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering on sales objectives.
