In retail, the Group operates flagship, stand-alone and multi-brand stores, corners within all major department stores, outlets and e-shops in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and most recently in Czech Republic and Slovakia, representing top brands like Kalogirou, Haralas, Puma, Under Armour, KIKO Milano and Levi’s.

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager for our Wellness Division with a strong performance and growth mindset to manage and scale premium, high-end brands in the wellness, recovery and rejuvenation space.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role with clear ownership of commercial performance, across B2C and selected B2B eCommerce flows.

The Role

You will have full ownership of the performance and growth of the eCommerce channels, with a core focus on:
revenue growth, conversion optimization, profitability and scalability, while consistently delivering premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of eCommerce P&L (revenue, margins, conversion)
  • Design and execution of growth strategies (traffic, conversion, retention)
  • Management of the commercial calendar (product launches, promotions, bundles)
  • Pricing strategy optimization and margin management
  • Coordination with performance marketing (Meta, Google, SEO, CRM)
  • KPI analysis and performance tracking:  Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, Retention
  • Continuous optimization of UX and customer journey
  • Close collaboration with marketing and content teams
  • Coordination with operations and logistics to support scalable growth
  • Support of omnichannel strategy (eShop, retail, B2B touchpoints)

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Growth roles
  • Proven track record in eCommerce growth and scaling
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
  • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Experience in multi-brand environments
  • Excellent command of the English language
